Wagrain-Kleinarl is located in the heart of the Salzburg mountains in Pongau, in the Salzburger Sportwelt. It is approx. 1 hour from the city of Salzburg.

Germany:
Motorway A8 (Munich - Salzburg)> border crossing Walserberg > motorway A10 (direction Villach) - exit (No.66) Flachau > B 163 to Wagrain-Kleinarl (approx. 10km)
Vienna/ Linz:
Motorway A1 > Salzburg > Motorway A10 (direction Villach) - Exit (No.66) Flachau > B 163 to Wagrain-Kleinarl (approx. 10km)
From the south:
Motorway A10 (direction Salzburg) - exit (No.66) Flachau > B 163 to Wagrain-Kleinarl (approx. 10km)
Please note the following points when travelling by car:
- Vignette compulsory on motorways: Available at petrol stations, at border crossings or online at the ASFINAG.
- Winter tyres compulsory: In Austria (01 November to 15 April).
- Attention coachesDriving ban for vehicles over 16 tonnes on the B 163 from St. Johann im Pongau to Wagrain.

Arrival by train & bus to Wagrain

The Salzburg Central Station is only about 1 hour away. This is a border station and has Perfect connections to Germany and beyond. Around 40 trains a day run between Salzburg and St. Johann im Pongau.
